This role is essential to maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring high-quality output across multiple stages of the production process./p pstronguShift:/u/strong Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pmbr/p pstronguPay/u/strong: $15.00-$16.00/hour to start based on experience./p pstronguBenefits/u/strong/p ulliMedical/liliDental/liliVision/liliShort-Term amp; Long Term Disability/liliLife Insurance/liliHoliday Paid Time Off/liliPaid Time Off/lili401(k) with Company Match/li/ul pstronguWhat you'll do:/u/strong/p ulliCollecting materials, inks (including mixing), dies, and miscellaneous supplies and bring to the press./liliPack finished products at turret rewinds and at the packing station./liliTransport finished rolls to the next stage of production in order of the due date./liliAssists the press operator in basic setup operations on flexographic presses as needed./liliCleaning of press equipment for optimal use and preventative maintenance./liliResponsible for collecting trash, putting together gaylords, and stocking supplies on assigned presses./liliResponsible for quality control in raw materials, printing plates, mounting tape, and cylinders./liliEnsures compliance with all safety and quality policies, procedures, and standards./liliFollow established quality management system procedures. /liliOther duties as assigned./li/ul ul/ul ulul/ul/ul pstronguDesired Traits/Requirements:/u/strongbr/p ulliAttention to detail/liliWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications/liliAbility to communicate and work with co-workers effectively/liliAble to work effectively as part of a team/li/ul pstronguPhysical Demands:/u/strong/p ulliWhile performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.
