They work to build relationships with other departments in the club and educate on benefits of massage therapy. They are responsible to designing sessions around guests specific needs and suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions. They work with the entire LifeSpa and Salon team to provide a superior experience in a professional atmosphere./pp/ppbuJob Duties and Responsibilities/u/b/pulliGreets and services members in a friendly and professional mannerspan /span/liliProvides individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients’ needs and expectations/liliInitiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients/liliEducates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments/liliMaintains LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness/liliServes as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens/liliPromotes and sells massage therapy services and treatments and encourages repeat businessspan  /span/liliRemains current on certifications and new trends in the industry​/li/ulp​/ppbuPosition Requirements/u/b/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliMassage Therapy License/liliAbility to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments/liliAbility to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions/liliKnowledge of basic PC operating/liliAbility to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds/li/ulp​/ppb​ uPreferred Requirements/u/b/pulli2 years of massage experience in a professional environment/liliKnowledge of body treatments/liliExperience with Salon Biz/li/ulp​/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ph2uPay/u/h2This position will be paid commissions between 35% and 70% depending on the product and the Team Member's Productivity.
