Job Responsibilities:

As a ResidentAssistant you will:

Provide Support & Assistance withresidents daily activities (ADLs), offering encouragement and physical aid asneeded.
Foster a Warm, Caring Atmosphere for residents, guests, andfellow team members.
Respond Promptly & Compassionately to resident call lightsand requests.
Ensure Resident Safety & Well-Being through attentive careand supervision.
Handle Emergencies such as falls, seizures, or choking,following proper protocols.
