ABOUT THE ROLEThe Experience Manager (EM)is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a welcoming, inclusive, and joyful interaction at Color Factory. This role provides leadership to the Experience Team, fosters a positive and productive work culture, and ensures that operational standards align with Color Factory’s brand values..

Must be 18 years or older
Solid experience managing teams in a high-traffic venue or customer-focused environment such as retail, hospitality, or entertainment
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and improve team performance.
Background in event planning or operational management is a plus.
Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
