In this pivotal role, you will engage with our French-speaking customers, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and guidance tailored to their unique business needs. You will work hand-in-hand with clients to foster strong relationships, address their queries, and drive customer satisfaction throughout their journey with us.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance to enhance their experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their goals.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer support.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is essential; additional proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related fields is desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward customer support.
