What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP)
Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other providers
Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation using CentralReach
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification and New Jersey license
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience in home-based or community ABA therapy preferred
Strong communication, time management, and clinical documentation skills
Commitment to ethical, high-quality, family-centered care
