What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP)

• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other providers

• Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation using CentralReach

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification and New Jersey license

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Experience in home-based or community ABA therapy preferred

• Strong communication, time management, and clinical documentation skills

• Commitment to ethical, high-quality, family-centered care
