Data Center Technician

Job Description:

A large healthcare client of Insight Global in Orange County is looking for an on-site Data Center Ops Technician. This individual will assist the DCOps Team in decommissioning hardware in IDF/MDF closets at the 4 Hospitals and 10 clinics that the healthcare client has just acquired. You will be working in IDF and MDF environments in newly acquired facilities, prepare those locations in to move to the clients networks. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with compute, storage and networking environments, but no advanced knowledge is needed.

Must Haves:

• Must have 7+ years of Data Center Ops Technician experience
• Need to be able to commute on-site in Orange County to multiple clinics using personal vehicle
• Valid CA drivers license
• Willingness to commute to different sites in their own vehicle
• Highschool / GED minimum
