Inbound Solution Center Representative

Are you a career-focused, goal-oriented individual looking to start a new career? Our Solutions Center is hiring for a new training class in Columbus, OH. We are looking to fill up to 24 spots for our next training class. This is an inbound call center position where you will provide excellent customer service to members about their retirement plans.

This Hybrid role will consist of 2 days each week in our Columbus office, and 3 days a week working from home. The pay rate for this role is $19/ Hour. Training will be held from 9 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday, with Thursday as the only required office day. Schedules will be assigned during training.

• Candidates who are successful in these roles come from a variety of backgrounds, including retail, food service, call center, etc.
• We prefer candidates with strong basic computer skills
• Communication and customer service is always a plus
• All equipment will be provided
