- Join a seasoned team of Orthopedic Surgeons in a supportive, collaborative setting
- Build your own practice and determine the cases you want to perform
- Flexible schedule with blocked OR time and state-of-the-art technology
- Comprehensive benefits package, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan assistance/repayment
- 640,000+ starting salary with RVU-based bonuses and ASC ancillary income designed for 1,500,000+ annual earnings
- Fellowship stipend of 2,000 per month paid while you finish training
- Significant additional income potential through ASC ownership
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Hand Surgery
- Open to 2027 graduating residents and fellows
