WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Pediatrics for a local contract nursing job in Charlestown, Massachusetts.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected rehabilitation facility. This role is ideal for a compassionate RN who is comfortable caring for pediatric patients ranging from newborns to young adults in an inpatient rehab setting.
Job Function:\n
- Shift: 5x8 Evenings \n
- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in an inpatient rehabilitation unit \n
- Perform assessments and monitor patient progress \n
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery goals \n
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation \n
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment \n

Job Requirements:\n
- Active RN license required \n
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred \n
- Experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred \n
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills \n
- Ability to work with a wide pediatric age range (newborn to young adult) \n
- Excellent communication and family-centered care approach \n
