POSITION : RN – FLEX POOL | MED-SURG / STEP DOWN

Position Overview:
\n We are seeking an experienced RN – Flex Pool to float between various medical and surgical units. The RN may be assigned to Medical, Surgical Acute, and occasionally Cardiovascular units based on facility needs.
Shifts: 12-hour shifts - Days (06:45 to 19:15)

Responsibilities
- \n
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care across multiple medical and surgical units. \n
- Float between assigned units based on staffing and patient-care needs. \n
- Monitor and assess patients and administer medications and treatments as ordered. \n
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation \n
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient-safety standards. \n
Requirements:

\n BLS and ACLS from AHA required
\n HI RN license or Compact required
\n 2–10 years of experience required
