Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist opportunity at a Corrections facility in New Lisbon, Wisconsin.

• $75 hourly for 1099 Contractor

• 16 hours/wk, 26 weeks, 2 days/wk, hours for shifts are flexible

• Can work extra hours at other facilities if more hours are wanted

The PT will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist

• BLS
