Core Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed on emerging trends in restaurant and higher education tech and AI enablement to inform future initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience managing technology projects, ideally in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience with system rollouts and integrations (POS, KDS, loyalty, etc.) Solid understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals, including network routing, physical connectivity, and related hardware components.
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to meet deadlines, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Ability to proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Adept at change management and user adoption strategies. Maintains a strong growth mindset and influences others to do the same.
