Entry Level CNC Set Up Person

Job Title: Entry-Level CNC Set-Up Operator 
Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin
Shift: First Shift
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay $18-$20/hour

CNC Set-up Operator Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual for an Entry-Level CNC Set-Up Operator position on our first shift. No prior CNC experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to start a career in precision machining with a supportive team and hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to set up and operate vertical CNC machining centers
• Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring part quality
• Interpret and follow basic blueprints
• Use basic hand tools including micrometers, pin gauges, and calipers
• Work independently and efficiently with limited supervision
• Communicate effectively and work well with team members
• Lift up to 60 pounds as needed

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to read basic blueprints (a plus)
• Familiarity with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) is beneficial
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Dependable and able to follow instructions
