Details:
Practice Setting: Office with rotating call obligations with the hospital
Dates of Coverage: Start by 11/14
Locums not Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers
Nursery Level: III
EMR: Epic
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2.5-3 months
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30-4:30); Call Ratio 1:3
Average Patients Per Day: 10-15 depending on visit type
Three Physicians in practice; Nursery Level 3; Onsite lab; Onsite ultrasound

Requirements:
Board Certified/Truly Board Eligible
Fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine
Active New York State License
BLS/ACLS
CDS Certification and DEA Registration
