Injection Molding Supervisor 3rd Shift

SHIFT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team on 3rd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Position is responsible for all shift operations including organizing, planning, and scheduling work along with directing and instructing and training employees on proper methods and procedures.
• Supervise and manage floor and production staff during shift.
• Must have strong plastic injection molding and technical skills including previous process technician and molding hanging experience.
• The supervisor will be accountable for controlling costs, rejects, and scrap.
• Enters production data into MRP System at end of shift.

Experience:

• Previous plastic injection molding experience:
• Previous experience in a leadership role
