Pool Store Manager

Pay: USD 50,000 - USD 65,000 per year

Position Summary: We are seeking a self-starting and responsible Retail Store Manager to oversee all daily operations, staff, and paperwork. The ideal candidate will run the store with an owner's mindset, ensuring profitability and a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and daily financial reporting.
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate retail staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, product knowledge, and problem-solving.
• Handle administrative duties, including bank deposits, payroll information, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Required experience in retail sales and management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of pool equipment and supplies is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
