Work from home Call Center Rep (MUST live in INDIANA)

WORK FROM HOME OPPERTUNITY! MUST be able to complete 2-3 days of on-site learning located on the west side of Indianapolis!

Job Summary:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to recalled products.
• Verify whether specific items are part of a recall.
• Accurately collect caller information and enter it into the designated website.
• Provide callers with a confirmation number upon completion.

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location:

West Indianapolis, IN

Position Type:

Project-based temporary position with potential for transition to future projects.

Pay:

• $17.00/hr
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or French: $19.00/hr

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of call center or high-volume customer service experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have a smartphone capable of downloading apps
• Must have a reliable internet connection with the ability to connect via Ethernet (hard-wired)
• Must be located in Indiana
• Must be available to train on-site for 2–3 days
• Experience handling claims is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC use
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must provide verifiable references
