Certified Medical Assistant $27/hour

Pay: $24-27/hour

Schedule:
Pop-up clinic, September 16th – September 19th
*Will need to do 1-day of virtual training the week prior

Tuesday, September 16th: 10AM-11PM
Wednesday, September 17th: 10AM-10:30PM
Thursday, September 18th: 10AM-10:30PM
Friday, September 19th: 10AM-10PM

Requirements: 

• National Medical Assistant Certification / Registration
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Experience performing phlebotomy
• Experience administering injections

Responsibilities:

• Support physicians and other staff members in performing physical examinations and other procedures
• Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs), Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), and other medical screenings
• Measure vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height)
• Administer injections and vaccinations
• Perform blood draws – experience with phlebotomy is a must
• Record information in patient charts
• Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients
