Shipping Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely

• Take quality control photos of outgoing shipments

• Coordinate with internal shipping lead to prepare for incoming freight lines

• Build and prepare skids for shipment

• Wrap, band, label, sticker, and stencil all outgoing product

• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain equipment safety

• Ensure shipments meet all company and customer quality standards

Shipping Associate Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience required

• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow shipping protocols

• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
