ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service to all customers while handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems..

  • Be knowledgeable about the Bank’s products and services in order to provide account information and discuss bank products and services suitable to customers needs.

  • Process Inclearing and Return Item Files

  • IOLTA/IORTA Remittance

  • Perform ATM settlements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Foreign Check and Savings Bonds remittance

  • Set up new user’s accounts and assign teller numbers

  • Generate new Savings, CD, Savers Club and Loan account numbers

  • Prepare documentation for rate changes (Lobby/Canadian/Maturity notice rate sheets)

  • Check Ordering-Access Harland system to process orders. Process bank pay bills, and file orders.

  • Return Deposit Items and Cash Letter Adjustments- Perform necessary steps to resolve entries to general ledger.

  • Record Storage and Retention-Maintain all files and records (signature cards, correspondence, etc) to comply with bank procedures and record retention requirements.

  • Reports-Review reports and complete any subsequent tasks that result from that review
