On Foot Delivery Associate

LBA Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner proudly serving Manhattan communities since 2020. Our last mile Delivery Associates deliver more than just packages - we provide a customer-oriented delivery experience to our community. On Foot Delivery Associates, also known as Walkers, deliver packages to customers in the heart of New York City by foot and represent the final step in a massive supply chain. Today, we are actively seeking motivated customer and result driven team players to join our team.

As a DSP Walker, you will walk more than an average person and you will carry, push and pull weight. Without embellishing the facts, you will basically go the gym on a daily basis. You will burn calories and you will lose weight. We currently offer Part-time hours with the potential of Full-time hours when volume is available. All tools will be provided. Approximate hours are 11:30am to 7pm, shifts range between 5 to 7 1/2 hours per day. Shifts are scheduled based on availability and performance to accommodate up to a six-day work week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Use of a handheld device for GPS routing and customer delivery information.
• Must be smartphone savvy, able to text and take photographs.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout a densely populated urban area.
• Must be comfortable walking in NYC and working in All weather conditions, including inclement weather, rain, snow, heat.
• Must be communicative, personable, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Load and Unload packages from the Truck onto a Cart.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs and push and pull a fully loaded delivery cart.
• Must be reliable, punctual and willing to go Above and Beyond.
• Perform at the highest level of Standard Operating Procedures.

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 18 years of age
• Consent to a pre-employment drug test
• Must be able to work the required schedule
