Customer Services Representative

We are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complaints from clients/supplier for inquiries and requests via email, telephone and mail.
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Prepare and send out R&D sample and other packages and receive inbound packages. 
• Responsible for maintaining a good working office environment which includes clerical duties

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations. 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS Excel, Outlook, Word and other basic computer skills.
• Minimum of 5-year experience in an office setting with similar responsibilities.
