Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated, hands-on Store Manager to lead our team at The Green Farm Juicery (Hiring at West Chester and Mason), a vibrant juicery and smoothie shop that is dedicated to health, wellness, and exceptional customer experiences. As Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, while performing some responsibilities as a smoothie barista, coach and inspire team members, maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, and drive overall store performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for healthy living.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable store performance
Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and shift leads to deliver excellent customer service
Monitor product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and store appearance
Handle scheduling, timekeeping, and shift coverage to maintain optimal staffing levels
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
Drive sales and customer satisfaction through community engagement, upselling, and staff development
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution
Track and report on key performance indicators (sales, labor costs, waste, etc.)
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with ownership or district management on promotional initiatives and business strategies
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a retail or food service management role preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and quality
Passion for health, wellness, and customer service
ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
