Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth while paying keen attention to Subway REV standards. This role requires a strong leader who can foster a positive work environment while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling + scheduling.
• Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training sessions to develop team skills.
• Manage employee performance through regular feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor kpi's ie cost of units/cogs, productivity/ labor, and variances to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
