At Acme Aero, we specialize in delivering innovative, durable solutions for the aviation industry, from complete suspension systems for tailwheel aircraft to custom UAV components. Every product is designed, tested, and manufactured in-house for speed, performance, and cost-efficiency.

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join the Acme Aero team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, resolving order-related issues, answering product inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls related to Acme Aero products, services, and support.
  • Provide accurate information regarding order status, product specifications, delivery timelines, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, or technical industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with JobBOSS or similar for managing orders, customer records, and production workflows.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with aviation terminology and industry practices.
  • Experience handling technical support or logistics-related inquiries.
