Store Manager

Hardware Hawaii, a local retail hardware and lumber business, is seeking a customer oriented and highly motivated individual for a full-time position as a Store Manager. The individual we seek is outgoing, enjoys working with customers in providing the best possible customer service and is able to lead large teams toward a common goal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee entire store operations.

• Recruit, lead, train and motivate associates to attain personal and store goals.

• Manage store inventory to insure adherence to policies and optimal merchandising.

• Ensure consistent outstanding customer service.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5 years of retail experience with 3 years of management experience required

• Friendly and outgoing with the ability to maintain a positive working relationships with all associates

• Ability to perform duties in a prompt and professional manner.

• Possess desire for team atmosphere

• Excellent organizational skills and business acumen

• Computer competency required
