Join HumanEdge Health for a rewarding travel RN assignment in Rochelle Park, NJ at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We’re seeking experienced Registered Nurses for day shift positions on a 13-week contract.

As an LTAC RN, you'll provide critical care to medically complex patients while playing a vital leadership role supervising LPNs, CNAs, and new staff. This position emphasizes patient-centered care, interdisciplinary teamwork, and a strong culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Collaborate across clinical teams for weekly care conferences

• Lead patient education and initiate discharge planning from day one

• Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with clinical policies

• Support a safe and positive work environment

• Engage in ongoing professional development

• Serve in a charge role when needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license (NJ)

• Prior LTAC, ICU, or acute care experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and team leadership capabilities

• Commitment to safety and high standards of care
