Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Pay Range: $100,000 – $200,000 annually, based on experience

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform physical exams, patient evaluations, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with physicians across multiple specialties
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care
• Accurately document in E-Clinical Works (EMR)
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

• Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in New York State
