LPN - Competitive Hourly Rate

We’re looking for dedicated LPNs to serve residents in Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facilities across New Hampshire. Your clinical expertise, respect for dignity, and thoughtful communication help residents feel safe, seen, and supported every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver respectful, culturally sensitive nursing care
• Assess and implement age-specific plans to meet patient needs
• Safely administer medications and treatments
• Ensure proper patient identification and documentation
• Assist with personal care, respond to emergencies, and educate families
• Collaborate with care teams and update plans based on patient response
• Keep patient environments clean, comfortable, and secure
• Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and ethical care standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license (NH or compact)
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience
• A genuine passion for elder care and patient advocacy
• Prior experience in LTC or Assisted Living is a plus
