\n\nJob Details:
\n• 26-week assignment
\n• Monday through Friday schedule with AM/PM rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM
\n• Self-scheduling model utilized for shift planning
\n• Holidays and weekends scheduled occasionally
\n• Overtime is available
\n• Provide emergent and ongoing care for patients with significant medical needs
\n• Serve as a care manager and patient care navigator
\n• Support a long-term care unit and palliative care program
\n• Ensure the safety of the patient population within a 24/7 medium custody correctional facility

The facility serves a patient population with complex and significant medical needs, requiring skilled nursing professionals who can provide both emergent and ongoing care.
