About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist to lead safety and environmental compliance initiatives. This role ensures adherence to OSHA regulations, supports training, and promotes a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety programs (HazCom, LOTO, PPE, etc.)
• Conduct safety inspections and investigations
• Manage OSHA logs and training compliance
• Oversee waste and environmental permit compliance
• Lead safety meetings and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification (CSP/CIH)
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or related field
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices
• Strong communication and root cause analysis skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and OSHA 30 a plus
