What you’ll be doing:

• In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers driving continuous improvement efforts, implementing capacity enhancements, and optimizing production line performance
• Guide engineers in executing continuous improvement strategies and rolling out new model integrations
• Provided technical support for troubleshooting and enhancing OEE, MTBF, and MTTR performance metrics

Need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
• 3–5 years of hands-on engineering experience within manufacturing settings
• Experience working in unionized settings with strong cross-functional team collaboration
