Are you living your life's work? + Entity: CORP + Department: Human Resources + Location: Hybrid/on site work as needed for in person meetings across the health system + Hours: 8hr Days **Summary** : Responsible for driving the execution of Penn Medicine's HR strategic plan by managing high-priority initiatives across the HR enterprise. This role serves as a program manager, tracking progress against strategic goals, coordinating across workstreams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with aligned interdependencies. **Responsibilities** : + Serve as program manager for HR strategic initiatives, ensuring execution aligns with defined goals and timelines + Track, monitor, and report on progress toward strategic priorities; identify risks and escalate issues as needed. + Partner with initiative owners and cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery, remove barriers, and promote accountability. + Coordinate project interdependencies and ensure alignment across initiatives + Support the creation of progress updates and reports for executive stakeholders. + Implement project management best practices and tools to support initiative delivery. + Lead and deliver high-priority or time-sensitive HR initiatives, as needed + Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures + Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization **Credentials:** + Project Management Professional Certification or formal PM training preferred **Education or Equivalent Experience:** + H.S. Diploma/GED And 5+ years Project or Program management experience, preferably in HR, Healthcare, or Transformation (Required) + Bachelor of Arts or Science And 5+ years Project or Program management experience, preferably in HR, Healthcare, or Transformation (Preferred) We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
