Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Harvest Worker:

• Load and unload grain from trucks
• Open gates and doors on trucks for grain transfer
• Sweep and shovel grain to maintain cleanliness around truck dumps
• Direct truck traffic to the scale and dump pit
• Ensure proper grain storage by monitoring temperature and moisture levels
• Keep detailed records of grain received, stored, and shipped
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), Weekends

Job requirements:

• Some hands-on experience with farming operations, grain handling, or working in a grain elevator, but willing to train
• Maintaining inventory records
• Paying attention to detail
• Time Management: Ability to handle peak seasons and long hours during harvest efficiently
• Must be willing to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat etc.)
• Cannot be scared of heights
• Background check and Drug test required
