Blackwater Management LLC (BWM) is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP). DSPs are independent businesses that contract with a large e-commerce company to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every order to the customer’s door on time. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities.

As a DSP Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community!

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times; vehicle provided
• Load and unload packages to be delivered, starting and ending your day at a warehouse
• Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information
• Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Comfortably drive and work in varying weather and road conditions
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• Be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hold a valid driver’s license within the state of employment (non-CDL acceptable)
• Maintain a safe driving record and obey all applicable traffic laws
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.75 per hour
• Bonuses based on attendance and safety
• Referral bonuses: $250

Schedule & Location

• Shifts range between 8–10 hours per day
• Shifts available 7 days per week
• Delivery Station: 2203 Lakeside Blvd, Edgewood, MD 21040
