Service Technician

• Travel to customer facilities (up to 90% travel, including overnight stays) to perform Preventative Maintenance and Service Calls.

• Work independently or with customer staff to provide training on equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

• Prepare and submit service visit documentation for both the customer's plant manager and our home office.

• Complete required paperwork, including time sheets, expense reports, and service reports.

• Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively at all times.

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.

• TIG Welding Experience preferred

• At least 3 years of experience as an equipment service technician or maintenance technician.

• Strong mechanical skills, preferably in the food processing industry.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Customer-focused with high professionalism and integrity.

• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.

• Ability to travel up to 90%, including internationally (passport or ability to obtain one required).

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (safety-sensitive role).
