Job Description
Travel to customer facilities (up to 90% travel, including overnight stays) to perform Preventative Maintenance and Service Calls.
Work independently or with customer staff to provide training on equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Prepare and submit service visit documentation for both the customer's plant manager and our home office.
Complete required paperwork, including time sheets, expense reports, and service reports.
Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively at all times.
High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
- TIG Welding Experience preferred
At least 3 years of experience as an equipment service technician or maintenance technician.
Strong mechanical skills, preferably in the food processing industry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Customer-focused with high professionalism and integrity.
Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
Ability to travel up to 90%, including internationally (passport or ability to obtain one required).
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (safety-sensitive role).
All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation to complete the federal Form I-9.
