Attorney – Family Law & Estates
Base Salary: $120,000–$180,000 + Quarterly Bonuses
Compensation is flexible and open to negotiation based on your experience

They’re looking for a talented Attorney to join their litigation team, focusing on family law, divorce, and estate planning matters. What You’ll Be Doing:

Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and settlement conferences

Prepare motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda with precision

Manage a caseload from intake through resolution

Communicate consistently with clients and opposing counsel

Collaborate on litigation strategy and firm growth initiatives
What You Bring:

J.D. and active license to practice law in South Carolina

3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in family law or estate planning

Excellent courtroom presence and written communication
