What We OfferCompany Description
As a Production Line Worker, you'll help prepare fresh bread products for shipment by packaging, inspecting, and ensuring quality. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on maintaining cleanliness and accuracy in a team setting.
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Schedule: 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift available
Pay rate: $14hr + shift differential
Duties:
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment for bread products
- Inspect loaves for quality and consistency
- Place bread into bags, trays, or boxes for shipping
- Clean and organize trays, molds, and the packing area
- Stack and transport finished product to staging/shipping areas
- Follow safety, food handling, and GMP guidelines
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–12 hours
- Familiar with food safety and basic OSHA practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and standing throughout the shift.
