Store Manager

We are looking for someone to oversee our Marked Tree location.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in warehouse or outdoor conditions as needed
• Comfortable being on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak season
• Keep inventory fully stocked and work with our parts manager in Leachville to place orders
• Type purchase and sales orders for our tire shop
• Order tires for tire shop
• Assist in the tire shop if needed

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in agriculture retail, farm supply, irrigation sales or tire shop
• Prior supervisory or management experience required
• Knowledge of agricultural products, equipment and seasonal needs

Skills

• Understanding of farm operations, crops and ag related inventory
• Excellent customer service and sales skills, especially with farmers and ag professionals
• Leadership and team-building experience
• Ordering and inventory control skills
• Familliarity with QB
