Are you passionate about helping clients succeed while being part of a mission-driven technology company transforming the criminal justice system? We are seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the key liaison for our clients in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge markets. This is a unique opportunity to blend technology, public safety, and strategic customer engagement.
As a Client Success Manager, you will drive the adoption and satisfaction of our innovative SaaS and hardware platform used by law enforcement and government agencies. You'll own the full customer lifecycle—implementation, training, support, and long-term retention—while collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned government and criminal justice accounts
- Lead onboarding, product implementation, and ongoing user training
- Develop trust-based relationships with agency leaders and staff
- Analyze data and customer feedback (CSAT, NPS) to improve outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and technical teams
- Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client partnerships
- Produce reports, dashboards, and insights to help clients reach their goals
- Represent the company at client meetings, product demos, and community events
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- Familiarity with government or law enforcement operations is a strong plus
- Comfortable with technology, including MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High adaptability and professionalism; strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company is preferred
