What You'll Do:
As a Retail Lead Associate, you’ll support daily store operations and step in as a leader when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is away. You’ll lead by example with outstanding customer service, teamwork, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee closing procedures, reconcile cash, and secure the store.
• Assist with store reporting and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Support the team on the sales floor, register, and in donation processing.
• Receive, sort, and stock donations (ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Tag and inspect clothing in a fast-paced, production-style setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends.

Schedule: Stores are open Mon–Sat 9am–8pm, and Sundays 1pm–6pm.
Pay Rate: $16.25/hour
Location: Asheville, NC
