Seeking experienced babysitter for two young children with special needs - Full-time / Part-time

I’m looking for a reliable in-home babysitter to care for my two kids — mainly my 1-year-old (20 months) while I work full-time, and my 5-year-old from 6–8 PM on weekdays when she gets home from school and therapy. I work 6:15 AM–8 PM on weekdays and some weekends. Occasionally, you may need to pick up my 5-year-old if needed. She has high-functioning autism and is minimally verbal, and my 1-year-old isn’t talking yet and can be anxious with strangers. My mom usually helps, but due to her health, we need extra support. We’re hoping to find someone patient, caring, and dependable who’s comfortable with toddlers and kids on the spectrum.
