Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, tech-savvy, and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s e-commerce website(s), managing online sales performance, and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.)
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
Analyze web traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to optimize the customer journey
Collaborate with marketing, content, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience
Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates
Identify growth opportunities across new marketplaces and digital channels
Manage affiliate programs and influencer/brand partnerships
Coordinate seasonal promotions, discounts, and ad campaigns
Handle basic customer service escalations and resolve order issues efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role
Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc.)
Familiarity with UX/UI and conversion rate optimization principles
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with expanding to international markets
Background in product-based e-commerce (e.g., appliances, beauty, electronics, etc.)
Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities
