Job Description
Georgia Recovery Campus is a dual diagnosis detox/residential evidence-based substance abuse treatment center located in Reynolds, Georgia.
Our mission is to inspire hope and deliver care to those with substance abuse and mental health issues in a contemporary and healing environment. Our facility offers services that are designed to promote medical, rehabilitation, and emotional health. We are devoted to achieving hope, healing and enhanced self-esteem on the journey to recovery.
GRC is looking for Licensed Registered nurses to care for our clients.
The LPN will provide nursing care for patients at Georgia Recovery Campus in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards guidelines, and regulations that govern this facility, and as maybe directed by the Director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

Comply with other duties as assigned or needed by the Director of Nursing.
Ability to promote positive relationships with residents, visitors, and Director of Nursing.
Be able to use an alcohol breathalyzer and caliber the machine as needed per protocol.
Be able to abide by policy for collection of monitored urine drug screens.
Maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and any other required training.
Be able to implement COWS and CIWA protocols for assessing opioids and alcohol withdrawal.
Be able to administer medications as ordered by MD/NP and provide education to patients about administered medications.
Minimum Qualifications
Current LPN licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the State of Georgia.
Graduate of an approved Professional Nursing Program.
Minimal (2) years previous experience in clinical settings and preferably in addiction.
Understanding of the agency’s mission and culture and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with staff and clients in all circumstances.
Employment contingent upon clear UDS and criminal history record.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift supplies up to 25lbs. to waist height.
Must be able to ascend and descend up to three flights of stairs throughout the course of a normal workday.
Satisfactory references.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, twist and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee will also regularly be required to use their hands, talk, and hear. Additionally, this employee will frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, twist and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in an eight (8) hour workday.
Specific vision abilities include close, peripheral depth perception, and ability to adjust focus will also be necessary.
