Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park.
• Design a personalized schedule tailored to your needs (part-time, full-time, or week on/week off).
• Select your own patient mix and age group.
• Collaborate with a full complement of medical and surgical specialties.
• Engage in weekly on-site CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs.
• Work alongside a strong care team model for excellent support.
• Enjoy full practice autonomy and influence practice direction.
• Utilize Cerner EMR, integrated across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Consider teaching opportunities for medical students and APP trainees.
• Leverage resources like Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert.
• Benefit from 24/7 in-house hospitalist support for inpatient needs.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology (within the last five years of eligibility).
• Unrestricted medical license in Ohio or willing to obtain one.
• DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start).
• Clean malpractice and license record.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Ohio medical license.
• Board Certification by the appropriate specialty board (Rheumatology).
• DEA must be obtained prior to starting.
