Peds - Critical Care Opening in Missoula, MTCommunity Medical Center in scenic Western Montana is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join our established pediatric team. We're proud to offer a collaborative, patient-centered environment with the support of an academic affiliation with the University of Washington and a strong commitment to excellence in pediatric care.Position Overview:-Full-Time: 15 shifts/month -Shift Hours: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM-Night Call Coverage: Provided by Pediatric Hospitalists-Hospital Rounding Support: 24/7 Subspecialty access: Pediatric Surgery, Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, ENT, and Urology.Strong maternal services: approximately 1,100 annual deliveries.Level III NICU with Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB.No ECMO, CRRT, or pediatric cardiac surgery.-Patient Volume: Average Daily Census: 1 (acuity varies as a regional referral center).-Experience: Prior pediatric critical care experience is required.-Educational Impact: Opportunity to participate in staff education and professional development.
