Position Overview: Associate Attorney
As an Associate Attorney at GDEL, you will represent clients in a variety of legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and provide strategic legal advice. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents
- Provide legal counsel to clients on transactions and business matters
- Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes effectively
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- 3-10 years of experience practicing law, preferably in personal injury, construction defect, and/or employment law litigation
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and familiarity with legal procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships effectively
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary starting at $115k-$175K, commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability
- Quarterly supplemental income potential based on targeted productivity standards
