Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of Express Lane Technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality service
• Perform vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, etc.
• Monitor workflow, technician performance, and ensure timely completion of services
• Train, coach, and mentor Express Lane Technicians to uphold quality and safety standards
• Communicate with service advisors and customers as needed to provide updates and clarify needs
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with shop procedures

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as an express lane/lube technician or similar role
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
