Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair services on Hyundai vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Diagnostic Expertise: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues swiftly and accurately.
Customer Consultation: Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair timelines, and maintenance needs.
Parts Installation: Efficiently install and test new vehicle parts and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and service procedures provided by Hyundai.
Requirements
Certification: Must have valid ASE certification or equivalent in auto service.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in auto service, preferably with Hyundai vehicles.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment specific to Hyundai models.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose complex vehicle issues and efficiently implement solutions.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively explain technical details to customers and team members.
Physical Ability: Capability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Customer Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
